    Group living provides a supportive, structured environment for individuals who require assistance with daily living, such as those with disabilities, mental health conditions, trauma or other special needs.

    Transition homes are temporary living arrangements designed to assist individuals or families who are in the process of moving from unstable living conditions to permanent housing.

    We assist with administering medication. From diabetes and high blood pressure to disease and pain management. We ensure medications are administered as prescribed.

  • Travel Care Aid

    Our Travel Care Workers can accompany you on family gatherings and trips that are out of province and internationally. Proving extra assistance that help manage health, safety, and comfort during trips.

Our Process steps (Home Care)

  • 1. Interview and consultation

    An initial phone, screen or in-person meeting with one of our care experts to assess your loved one's needs.

  • 2. Schedule and Confirmation

    Based on the assessed needs and desired hours, we estimate the cost for service.

  • 3. Welcome and Tour

    We provide the client with the necessary information to begin the services.

  • 4. Start of support

    The care worker will begin on the set schedule. If needs change, we are here to help.

  • 1. Interview and consultation

    Pre-placement meetings with the child, youth, parents/legal guardians, and any other individuals involved.

  • 2. Schedule and Confirmation

    Communicating with the client and everyone involved to understand the admission process before reviewing and signing the intake package.

  • 3. Welcome and Tour

    Our onboarding including policies and procedures, intake forms, a tour of the home, rules and expectations, a client handbook, and 24 hour access to crisis support.

  • 4. Start of support

    Clients will complete move in, planning package and goals sheets.
